UK Coastguard responds to speedboat collision at Oulton Broad

At about 11pm last night (Thursday 25 August 2016) UK Coastguard received a 999 call from a member of the public reporting that a speedboat with four people on board had collided with a stationary vessel in Oulton Broad, Suffolk.

Lowestoft and Southwold Coastguard Rescue Teams have been sent to the incident, along with the East of England Ambulance Service, Suffolk Police and the Suffolk Fire Brigade.

Two adults and two children have been taken to hospital by the Ambulance Service.
