CALL 999 IN AN EMERGENCY

HM Coastguard are reminding the public that if they think they see someone in trouble at sea or at the coast they should call 999 and ask for the Coastguard.

You should not attempt self rescue unless you are trained and equipped to do so and discourage others from helping or they could also need rescuing.
