Coastguard search and rescue helicopter from Newquay rescues swimmers

Swimmers who got into difficulty in Holywell Bay in Cornwall have had to be rescued after getting caught in a rip current at sea today (21st February).
Although three of swimmers self-rescued, the other two had to be winched by the Coastguard search and rescue helicopter based at Newquay.
All five were then transferred by helicopter to hospital for medical treatment.
